We're proud to introduce our new custom-built kitchen trailer and beautiful Solbiati woodfire oven. While the setup is brand new, everything that matters remains the same—authentic Italian woodfired pizzas, slow-fermented dough, hand stretched, quality ingredients and lots of amore :)
